📦 Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order.
Orders are considered dispatched once handed off to the carrier and are in transit to your selected address.
Note: During peak periods or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Shipping times below begin after your order has been dispatched. Exact delivery time may vary based on location, customs clearance, and carrier operations.

🔁 Changing Your Shipping Details

If you notice an error, email us at hello@bravvie.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update your address, but changes cannot be guaranteed after this window.
If our system flags an address issue, we will contact you within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response within that time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

📭 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, it is out of our control. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or has gone missing in transit:

Contact the shipping carrier directly to begin a claim process.

While Bravvie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will always do our best to assist you. In some cases, we may offer a replacement, depending on the situation and outcome of the claim.
