At Bravvie, we’re dedicated to helping everyone stop discomfort. We stand behind the effectiveness of our product and recommend wearing Bravvie for at least 14 days to experience its full benefits before requesting a return.
If after 14 days you're still not satisfied, and it’s within our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee, you can contact us at hello@bravvie.com to initiate a return.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
After 24 hours, your order may already be processing or shipped, and we cannot guarantee cancellation. If canceled within the allowed timeframe, refunds are processed within 7 business days.

If you’re not happy after trying it for at least 14 days, and it’s still within 60 days of delivery, you can request a return.

Damaged Items
All orders are carefully packed, but if your item arrives defective or physically damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
We do our best to ship promptly, but delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors are beyond our control.
If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the courier directly. Bravvie is not responsible for courier-related issues once the package is in transit.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If you entered the wrong address and do not notify us within 24 hours, we cannot offer refunds or reships.
